Youth Pastor Anthony Aquino
Anthony
and Sara Aquino are natives of Texas, growing up in Arlington. After
meeting at the age of 16 they have been friends, high school sweet hearts,
college buddies, and in 2002 became husband and wife. They have been
amazingly blessed by God with the cutest, sweetest, and smartest children
ever: a daughter Grace and a son Vincent. They joined Burleson Bible
Church in 2005 and are extremely grateful for the opportunity to minister.
Anthony graduated from the University of North Texas, during which time he played guitar in various bands and on various albums. In 2003 he finally answered persistent calls from God to enter into the ministry. He is currently attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Anthony loves good music, good books, and good theology.
Sara graduated a few years earlier than Anthony with a degree in Occupational Training and Development. She left her 12 year employment at Subway Development Corporation to be a stay at home mom. Anyone who knows her is quickly aware of her studious nature, and why God put Anthony and her together.
They enjoy evangelism and introducing people to the amazing grace, gospel, and person of Jesus Christ. There is none like Him! Their passion is to disciple young people to follow the faith now, into college, and the rest of their life.
